Abstract:
A 62-year-old male patient was presented to the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University, School of Medicine with right hemiparesis and aphasia. No obvious infections were found. The magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated multiple infarctions in the area supplied by the left middle cerebral artery. The diagnosis was made as left middle cerebral artery dissecting aneurysm with stenosis. After adequate preoperative preparation, the patient received interventional therapy and then exhibited good prognosis. This paper introduces the interventional procedures for the treatment of the left middle cerebral artery dissecting aneurysm with stenosis.
